The Process
  • Because we are a local PNW, small business (aka just one dude doing everything really) shipping is not as fast as ‘that other Seattle based online company that started as a bookstore’. We will try and ship all orders within 3 business days, often as quickly as 1 business day.
Shipping to the US
  • You will get an email confirmation once the item has shipped, often with a tracking number (if possible).
  • Everything ships from RW Basecamp (aka my spare bedroom) in Washington State and should arrive in 3-5 business days. Sooner if you are in Washington!
How do you support the National Parks with every purchase?
Is this website secure?
  • Absolutely! As a professional web developer, I practice top notch security (like firewalls, 2 factor authentication, and randomly generated unique passwords) and have numerous barriers in place protecting any personal data.
  • Additionally payments are processed safely and securely via the industry leading payment processor Shopify. We don’t save your payment information anywhere and Shopify uses top, bank-level encryption and security to keep your information safe.
My #RainierWatchGear doesn't fit, can I make a return?
  • Your satisfaction is our top priority!
  • Brand new, unused apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee (this is rarely necessary). If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. A refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.

What kind of shirts do you print on?
  • Unless otherwise noted, apparel is sourced from Bella + Canvas and American Apparel, who are both ethical, anti-sweatshop premium apparel manufacturers.

  • Our Eco Tees collection is made ethically and earthly friendly by AllMade Apparel.
What's up with your higher than my supermarket shirt prices?
  • Our mission is to give back a portion of sales to protecting our National Parks so not only are you looking cool with our gear but you are taking an active step to protecting our parklands!
  • We partner with as many small, local PNW businesses as possible. Yes, this means our costs are a little higher than outsourcing to other states or countries, but we like giving back to the other awesome businesses in our area and believe in supporting the local economy.
